These terms apply when you use gardenroomguide.ie ("the site"), run by Garden Room Guide ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

• The site is free to use for your own, non-commercial purposes.
• You may link to any page and share short extracts with a link back to the source.
• Don't copy our guides, diagrams or data in bulk, republish them as your own, or scrape the site to build a competing product.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, its security or the services it runs on.

Information on the site

Our guides, tools and figures are general information to help you plan. They aren't legal, planning, financial, engineering or tax advice, and they may not suit your circumstances. Read our disclaimer before relying on anything here.

Tools and estimates

The planning checker, garden home checker, garden size planner, cost estimator and running cost calculator give indicative results from the answers you enter and published figures. They are not decisions, quotes or professional assessments.

Company listings and Featured placements

• Company listings are based on information the companies publish about themselves. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement, and we don't check or guarantee a company's work.
• Companies can pay for a Featured placement, which is always labelled. Payment never affects our guides or how other companies are listed. See how we list companies.
• Any contract you make with a company is between you and that company.
• If you run a listed company and want details corrected or removed, email hello@gardenroomguide.ie.

Links to other sites

We link to councils, government bodies, companies and other sources. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, tools and design of the site belong to Garden Room Guide unless stated otherwise. Company names, logos and embedded posts belong to their owners.

Liability

We provide the site "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions to build, buy or apply for permission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Irish law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
